During a one on one session, I work in tandem with clients whom want to make a Wellness or Lifestyle change. Over the course of several sessions we define what you are working towards, develop techniques to initiate motivation, relieve stress and/or 
increase energy to develop a natural progression of structure along your path.
 
While we are trying to reach our Personal Vision in life the need to mobilize our deep inner resource becomes increasingly essential. I combine Meditation practice into the sessions as it is a self healing tool. When practicing these techniques the mind and body begins to open and release from stress, overwhelm and doubt. 
 
This process supports the client to make sustainable changes from within and strengthens their own innate ability for a lasting state of well- being. We will also, strategize and assess progress, make changes that are needed and identify any blocks or limiting beliefs, for him or her to proceed forward.
 
 
This form of practice has great benefit for someone experiencing Anxiety, Emotional Overwhelm, and or Self-doubt in social situations!
