NYCWellness Coaching Workshop-
with Guided Meditation, Yoga and Group Discussion
Connect With People On The Path Of Wellness.
During this group Participants will be guided in Yoga, Mindfulness- Insight Meditation and/or Pranayama (breath) meditations which are holistic self healing tools that regulate the nervous system, aiding in both anxiety and depression.
There will be traditional Life Coaching Techniques, Group Discussion, Interactivity and Meditation concepts incorporated into each group workshop to learn how to approach our body and mind. To open and release -emotional overwhelm, stress, and self-doubt.
This is an Introduction Course open to all levels: For anyone who wants to learn meditation and/or clarify their Personal Vision- to bring structure, depth and understanding into their pursuit. This process sharpens our awareness to allow our energy patterns that keep us limited- to release and open our capacity of living fully.
While we are trying to reach our Personal Vision in life the need to mobilize our deep inner resource becomes increasingly essential. This form of practice has great benefit for someone experiencing Anxiety, Emotional Overwhelm, and or Self-doubt in social situations!
